The process of Credit Transfer involves the determination of prior knowledge and by extension, special intelligence that can allow a student to achieve “Advanced Standing” in a course hence complete the course earlier. It solves the old problem of a candidate having prior academic qualifications or work experience or natural intelligence that remain ignored by universities because of long standing traditions in admission process.
Thus Credit Transfer may be achieved through FOUR methods:
- Validated Innate Gifts and Talents – A candidate produces an earth moving project or design that hinges on invention, creativity or innovation
- Verified and Validated Work Experience involving development of an enterprise or change production –
Candidate, though not academically endowed, uses talents and life experiences to design, develop and implement a revolutionary enterprise or inspire serious organizational change - Verified academic qualifications – Candidate fulfils “total academic requirements” defined in the formal education setup and achieves Credit Point Values acceptable to an institution of higher learning
- A combination of two or all above

How does Credit Transfer take place?
=============================================
The process of Credit Transfer involves use of special career and profile kits that produces a candidate’s Talent Portfolio, Intellectual Values and Emotional Quotient Traits. So we finally have the full potential of the person and hence able to advise institutions of higher learning of the same.
During this process, a complete analysis of the candidate will produce his/her Credit Values based on what he/she has achieved or naturally endowed in.
The Credits are “normalized” and “equated” before being transferred.
============================================
There are THREE Options for Credit Transfer to our Member Universities:
============================================
Credit Transfer via natural Gifts, Talents, Creativity and Innovation
Credit Transfer is thus possible to bachelors or masters degrees depending on ability of a candidate to demonstrate immense Talents, Gifts, Creativity and Innovation.
There are people whom, without even formal education, are able to perform tasks even masters degree holders just struggle to understand. Such are young people who can put together primitive or old car engines plus related accessories and make a simple aircraft.
Such are people with ability to assemble old radio or TV transmitters and make a radio or TV station or those able to compose music and hit the charts in record times.
These people cannot learn through traditional education systems that would eventually kill their supernatural abilities.
Such people are usually assessed for Talents, Gifts, Creativity and Innovation THEN profiled for unique abilities. They are then supported to make links with “pockets of relevant education” and they finally produce academically verifiable projects as module projects or dissertations.
Once their projects meet the academic and creative thresholds, universities may (by invitation through established institutions that assess talents, gifts, creativity and innovation) accept and provide Credit Transfers to Bachelors or Masters Degrees or even Doctoral Programmes.
Credit Transfer via Verified Work Experience
There are people who may not have gone through formal education but are exceeding expectations in real life. Such people are seen as great businessmen or businesswomen, or researchers who produce innovation in villages without formal education. They can also be great leaders who make their nations or continents a pride yet they do not have formal education.
Their knowledge can be evaluated through a process known as Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL).
APEL generally refers to incidental prior learning which is un-assessed. Such learning may be gained through unstructured experiences, arising from leisure pursuits, family experiences and work. It also includes un-assessed formal training courses. Certificates may or may not be available as evidence that the learning has taken place.
During APEL process, a portfolio of the candidate is developed professionally and the outcomes of the portfolios are equated with usual course modules or units. Such equation may result in exemptions of particular course units, whole course levels or the entire course (depending on the background portfolio of the candidate) hence direct award of bachelors or masters degrees.
For cases where the candidate receives direct Credit transfer to bachelors or masters degrees or even doctoral programmes, he/she will demonstrate immense creative and innovation value based on inherent talents or gifts.
If you complete a portfolio, your work will be assessed by an expert and awarded undergraduate or postgraduate credit. You can earn several credit values for each portfolio and this will allow you admission as well as make you complete your career sooner and reduce costs!
The traditional Academic course unit Credit Transfer
If you already possess academic qualifications at certificate , diploma , etc and wish to transfer your credits, our process will still help you do that.
We know that people that have struggled through many academic levels that never matched their talents , anyway, got to some level then again dropped out due to inability to access university education.
Our Credit Transfer System would come in handy in first accepting the academic credits then adding new credits based on talents and work/life experience.
This results in the candidate having Advanced Standing during degree completion process.

Which university will accept Credit Transfer and how?
The World Talent University works with an array of credible universities and institutions recognized in their countries of accreditation (listed by UNESCO) and understand our processes.
Once your “Talent Genre Task(s)” is/are completed to a reasonable level, the outcomes are presented at the “Members Credit Transfer Database” from which experts and university officials evaluate, select and award the credits. It is possible that more than one university may be interested in your Talents Task(s) Credits, Project Credits or Academic Credits or a combination of the same. You will be presented with a report of the accepting list of member universities and costs due and you make a choice based on the university reputation, availability of funding, and /or other conditions the university may impose before the credits are transferred.
It is the universities that will issue the transcripts and certificates, just like it happens in the usual academic process.
